About the Beverly Hills Breast Augmentation Procedure
With the use of breast implants, Dr. Lee can enhance and enlarge your breasts to your specifications, using his expertise to improve your figure to give you new confidence in your body.
This procedure involves the surgical placement of a breast implant within a woman's breast. Dr. Lee uses either saline or silicone implants (the decision of which to use will be based on his assessment of your desires as well as other factors that will be discussed during your consultation.)
The incision can be placed in a number of different locations including around the areola, in the armpit, but most often it is made just underneath the breast and just above the crease. Dr. Lee will make every effort to ensure that the resulting scars will be as inconspicuous as possible.
After the incision is made, a pocket is created either under the breast tissue or under the pectoralis muscle (the placement being another decision you and Dr. Lee will discuss during your consultation.) The pocket is made just large enough to accommodate the implant. The implant is then positioned to give the best cosmetic result.
